We set out standards and processes that you'd be more familiar with from a main dealer. As we launch our new showroom in East Molesey we are on a mission to win awards in the industry for our service. We like to keep life varied, so we stock four categories of vehicles for sale.

Sales Process
- Car prepared for viewing; stringent mechanical checks are performed and all major work completed with a video report from our workshop.
- Viewing and test drive. Video call available for distance customers.
- Deal agreed, including any further work the customer requests.
- 10% refundable deposit paid.
- Car prepared for handover, including valet and fresh MOT for any MOT with under 9 months left.
- PDI performed by our workshop team to double check every last aspect of the car.
- 90% balance paid on collection.
- Free delivery anywhere within 3 miles. Nationwide delivery available.
- 3-month internal warranty as standard covers all mechanical issues for peace of mind.
- Follow up call to collect feedback and confirm customer satisfaction.
